SHIPPING POLICY
At Olivia Byron Bay Boutique, we understand how important it is to receive your order quickly and safely! We always strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. All our products are delivered to you via a secure and trackable shipping method. We offer free shipping on all orders. No code is required; free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. Below you'll find information about our shipping and delivery process.
Delivery
Once an order is placed, it takes 1-3 business days to process and ship from our international warehouse. Once the order is shipped, you will receive your tracking link via email and can expect to receive your order within 5-12 business days. We always strive to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible for you.
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays beyond our control may occasionally occur, such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or extreme weather conditions. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our dedicated support team for assistance.
Please note that the recipient is responsible for any customs fees and taxes that may apply to international orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can monitor the status of your order using this tracking link in your shipping confirmation or on our tracking page. This code will not be activated immediately, as it must first pass through multiple systems. If the tracking link from the shipping provider shows no activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact our customer service for a further investigation.
Damaged goods
If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact hello@olivia-byronbay.com within 30 days and attach photos of the damage so we can assist you.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return.
