RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that returns are sometimes necessary. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Returns
You have the right to return any product purchased from Olivia Byron Bay Boutique within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. Please note that the return must be sent back to us within 30 days of you notifying us of the return.
Return Policy
All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition suitable for resale, with all tags still attached.
For 1+1 deals, both items must be returned together. We cannot issue a refund if only one of the two items is returned. However, the items included in the 1+1 deal can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product. If you only wish to exchange one of the items, please return only the item you wish to exchange and keep the other item.
Initiate a return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@olivia-byronbay.com Please include your order number, a detailed reason for the return or how we can improve our products, and supporting images, if applicable.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a form with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product is defective/incorrect (color or size). Please note that customs clearance delays beyond our control are not considered a valid reason for a return.
Return Processing Time
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 business days. You can see when the package arrived at our warehouse on your tracking number, which you must include with your return. From there, our team will review it for eligibility. Please note that it may take up to 3-5 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Defective or damaged goods
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during transport or production. We are, of course, happy to resolve this with you. Please contact our customer service at hello@olivia-byronbay.com with a picture of the complaint. Our customer service team will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution. Please note that customers must contact customer service within 30 days of receiving the product to report the issue.
Cancellation
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, receives or accepts the last item. Since we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible until the goods have been received.
Please note that our warehouse is located in China. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
